Connections with a clear scope

Built to connect.
Configured for your property.

Understand what is available, what needs activation, and what is still in development before planning your rollout.

Property setup & acceptance

OPERA Cloud / OHIP

Connect restaurant room-charge workflows to OPERA Cloud. Configure guest lookup and transaction-code mappings for sales classifications, tax, service charges, and tips.

  • Outlet and serving-period mapping
  • Posting status, recovery, and reversal workflows
  • OPERA retains ownership of package allowances

Hotel access, code mappings, tax treatment, packages, and supported posting scenarios require property-specific acceptance. OPERA V5 / FIAS is not currently available.

File-based interface

Back Office integration

Exchange supported back-office files and prepare accounting data for the configured financial workflow.

  • Supported .SUN back-office imports
  • CON / INV / TRN file exports
  • Account and transaction-classification mapping

This is a file-based interface, not a claim of live API synchronization. Confirm file layouts and accounting mappings with your finance team.

Partner validation

Talabat order workflow

Receive and map supported delivery orders, send them through the kitchen workflow, and manage pickup and cancellation handling.

  • Product and topping mapping
  • Delivery-check creation and kitchen routing
  • Pickup settlement and manager review of cancellations

Activation requires partner credentials, approved sample payloads, and end-to-end acceptance with Talabat. A configured connector is not automatic merchant activation.

Device-specific setup

Printers & card terminals

Configure kitchen and receipt destinations, payment methods, and card-settlement tracking around the equipment on site.

  • Order devices and print classes
  • Check and voucher layout design
  • Terminal IDs, tender references, and settlement records

A terminal simulator is available. Real integrated card-terminal drivers require the acquirer protocol and device-specific implementation. Standalone terminal payment references can be recorded.

Order-only available

Guest QR ordering

Let guests scan a table or room code, select menu items, and send requests for staff review.

  • Guest estimates and request status
  • Staff acceptance and room-verification step
  • Accepted orders use the existing POS and kitchen flow

Online QR checkout and automated in-room guest authentication are not currently included. Staff handle payment and authorized room charging separately.

Pilot / scoped deployment

Local appliance & continuity

A local-appliance pilot supports property operations with workstation activation and signed licensing. Select this option through a scoped pilot engagement.

  • Local property application and database
  • Workstation activation and licence management
  • Initial configuration delivery and optional licence heartbeat

Extended disconnected operation, automatic sales synchronization, backups, recovery, and managed updates need separate implementation or acceptance. We do not promise certified seven-day offline operation.
